Important operation warning of Wellness Holzberg

Children can enter to Wellness HOLZBERG accompainied by adults only (person up to 18 years old). The person up to 18 years old (accompanist, legal representative) who passed trough the tourniquet assume responsibility for the child. Please pay attention to the safety of your children. It is strictly prohibited entrance to swimming pools or wellness for children less than one year old. This rule is in accordance with Czech Republic Regulations. Children less than three years old can enter only with swimwear with fitting gum specified for swimming pools (you can buy it on reception of Hotel Holzberg). If you do not obey this rule, for hygienic reason, you are carrying risk to be required to pay costs related to cleaning and interruption of service in case of contamination.

There is no lifeguard in wellness HOLZBERG. Guests are obligated to follow The rules of wellness HOLZBERG, the safety of children is assumed by a legal representative or accompaniment up to 18 years old.

Please prevent slip. „Wet floor always slip“. The floor at swimming pool is built in accordance with safety and hygienic rules. Please také a care when you are moving inside wellness HOLZBERG. If you are not taking care and you slip, Hotel HOLZBERG in not responsible for any slide or injury. Is strictly prohibited jump into a swimming pool.

Is prohibited entrance to a drunk person and person with the illnes (fever, cough, cold, skin inflammations, allergies). Also, you cannot enter if you are wearing bandages or person apparent dirty. You can enter only with swimwear specified for a swim. It is prohibited to enter inside wellness HOLZBERG and swimming pools with shoes. Before passing to the changing room is necessary to take off your shoes in designated zone and then enter barefooted. Please keep the place clean.

Swimming pools and wellness are limited by capacity. If the working capacity is over, wellness HOLZBERG can limit the entrance till there is a vacancy. Pass to wellness and swimming pools is permitted to our guest with chip bangle which you can pick up at the reception Hotel HOLZBERG. Chip bangle must be returned when you are living at the reception Hotel HOLZBERG.

If you loose the chip bangle we will charge extra fee 200 CZK as compensation for wellness HOLZBERG

If you do not obey any regulation written in The rules of wellness HOLZBERG, the staff of wellness or Hotel HOLZBERG has the right to také you out without any compensation of bought tickets.
